Creating solid foundations for children to thrive.

When ABA was first suggested to us it felt very overwhelming and a little intimidating for our then 2 year old. I met Jess and Ashley at an event and they were so friendly and welcoming and invited us for a tour. In the past year we have seen so much growth in our son. He now engages with family and friends, request his needs and wants and isn’t overwhelmed when out in the community. Our son lights up and is so excited when he knows he is going to Foundations. He loves the staff and enjoys his time with them. We as parents appreciate the support, and connections we have made. When you walk in the doors at Foundations you know you are leaving your child with caring, dedicated staff!

I have loved working at Foundations the last few months. I’ve never felt more supported and cared for at a job. My coworkers and leadership team are such wonderful people. I genuinely think our leadership cares and wants the best for us.

Foundations had been such a positive and fun place to work! I have felt welcomed and supported from the minute I walked in the door. Not only do we support eachother as staff, but we celebrate strides big and small for the kids. Also, I have never felt more loved and supported by leadership in a work place – everyone goes above and beyond for eachother.

Coming to work at Foundations was a little bit of a change for me coming from working in a childcare setting the past 10 years of my career but I’m so glad I made the switch. Being a behavior technician at Foundations has been nothing but amazing. I love that I still get to work with children but I get to work one on one and work through behaviors with them. I love that I get to see the progress that the kids have made in such a short time, and that fills my cup! I love knowing that I’m making a difference in their lives.

I love working at Foundations Autism Center. The environment is so welcoming and fulfilling in every way possible. I feel truly supported and valued here. Working at Foundations isn’t joining just another job- it’s joining a community dedicated to growth, support, and positivity.

Foundations is such a great place to work! I have never really known what I wanted to do with my Psychology degree, but since my first day on the floor I have found such a deep passion within ABA and all that we do!

Foundations is so successful because it is run by BCBAs and those intimately familiar with the field of ABA. Each decision made is done so knowing what program, supports, and training is needed on a “foundational” level. Any one on the leadership team is able to answer any question or provide support. As a BCBA I value their trust in my programming and supervision because they know the role so well. Throughout the day I always feel as though someone is able to relate to my job and experience and provide the best support, and that makes all the difference.

I’ve worked in various professions and in various settings and have never had as good of managers and leadership as I do at Foundations.
