Our mission is to provide each child we serve with a solid foundation for future learning. We believe that providing the highest quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy maximizes outcomes. Through the development of individualized and unique programming, each child can grow and flourish.

Kris Wainright Tadych

Chief Executive Officer, Co-Owner

Our Chief Executive Officer and co-owner, Kris Wainright-Tadych, has spent more than 35 years helping people with disabilities live life to the fullest. She is a Licensed Psychologist and also serves as a Qualified Supervising Professional. She received her Master’s Degree in Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University and her MBA from the College of St. Scholastica. Kris and her husband make their home in St. Cloud and have lived in central Minnesota their whole life. They have two college-aged daughters; one is pursuing her doctorate in Occupational Therapy, and the other is studying entrepreneurship.

Chief Operating Officer, Co-Owner

Our Chief Operating Officer and co-owner, Ashley Johnson, has dedicated more than 15 years to working with individuals with disabilities, with a focus on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and also serves as a Qualified Supervising Professional for the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) program. Ashley and her husband live in Big Lake with their three sons. When not working, her children keep her very busy with a variety of sporting activities.

Jessica Sauter

Chief Clinical Officer, Co-Owner

Our Chief Clinical Officer and co-owner, Jessica Sauter, has spent more than 10 years working with and helping individuals with disabilities reach their goals. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is dedicated to making a difference with every child she serves. Jessica and her husband make their home in Sauk Rapids along with their son and daughter. Their evenings and weekends are filled with hockey and dance!

Clinic Director

Our Clinic Director, Avery Harrison, has supported individuals with disabilities for 8 years. Avery has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is a Licensed Greenspan Floortime Approach Practitioner and Coach. Avery is passionate about providing an environment of growth for children and their families. Avery and her husband make their life in Sartell with their son and daughter. Her time away from work is spent with family, often hiking or relaxing on the water.
